To send an employee a new registration email:


You will be working in the area, "Self Service Information" in the employee "General" screen.


The employee's email will need to be entered in the field labeled:  "Self Service Email"


1.  In the filter above in the "Search" box, type the employee's last name, and "Apply"

2.  Navigate on the left menu to, Employee Management >> Employee Summary

3.  Click on "Name" above the employee name, and the screen will switch to the "General" view

4.  On the lower right, uncheck the box for "Enable Self Service Access".  Above left, "Save"

5.  Recheck the box for  "Enable Self Service Access".  Above left, "Save"


The above steps will send a new registration email to the employee.
