Please do not call...we are trying to support everyone and we have a process and staffers trained to efficiently reply asap with reports that you need. That said, give us 15 minutes to 3 hours, it really depends on the work flow.
Other emails gave you info on getting your own reports online and are very helpful and expediting things.
