You may use the attached template to fill in your expenses that may be forgiven with the PPP loan.  It is an easy to use template to help you understand how to utilize the funds.

Enter your rent, utilities, suta tax (state unemployment) and employer contributed benefits.

Then, enter the payroll for each check date.

You can both RECORD what you have done, and CREATE an estimate.
